Hey all.

It's been some time since I did something on YouTube. Though I am in no way a Youtuber and merely use this platform to share various content I've made in the past, I do would like to share that A ROBLOX Quest: Elements of Robloxia has recently received a large update, including the release of the long-awaited Grand Master Challenge (GMC). This also includes various bug fixes and the prologue is now also part of the game rather than a redirect to YouTube's. There's not much else to add to the game as of now.



Or is it?



Certain users may noticed unused soundtracks from the old midi soundtrack. Originally, the game was going to gain a hard mode after the GMC, providing a new game+ run with harder settings. Settings include, but not limited to, reduced health, no default health regeneration, reduced time limits, less checkpoints, etc. This allows the player to collect yet another 42 orbs, with a final 85th orb as true game completion.



Now with over 100 players having completed the GMC, is there any interest in such a hard mode? There has been criticism on the lack of GMC's checkpoints on this matter, meaning this is a roadblock to quite some players to even reach such a mode. And even then, do players want to replay the entire game again?



Now this only means hard mode in the sense of a new game+. I could always introduce hard mode through other means such as added challenges as achievements for separate missions. Much like 'The 006 agent' is by beating the shutdown within 6 minutes compared to the game's story time limit of 10+ minutes. An example is that checkpoints could be added to the GMC to make it more bearable on a casual playthrough, but could introduce a 'hard mode' achievement by clearing the platforming section checkpointless. The final orb as true game completion could be locked by gathering all achievements, and thus completing hard mode in that sense.
