Founded in 2015, Put A Cup In It is the most trusted & comprehensive resource for all things sustainable period care. It all started with my menstrual cup comparison chart, an advocacy sticker, and the simple idea of helping others learn about menstrual cups in a relatable way. PACII quickly grew into a vibrant community, and I now work with menstruators, advocates, and brands all over the world to bring more voices and facets to this incredible educational platform.
