**I know this is long, but please hear me out and read it entirely**
Well guys, I have an announcement to make, which some of you may be disappointed to hear--from now on, I will be using Vyond Studio and the business themes for all of my videos (although I do plan to import and continue using some Comedy World backgrounds). I know I said in my last post that I'd be using Comedy World, so allow me to explain the situation, as well as why this channel has been inactive for so long.
Shortly after the poll for Business Friendly vs. Comedy World ended, Vyond patched the method I was using to get the Legacy videomaker (and all the old themes) back. However, I had also become aware that some other users had a new way of getting it back, and so for around 3 weeks to 1 month, I tried to obtain the method to do so. The reason it took so long was that I kept including an email address in the comments I sent people, and YouTube marked them as spam so no one saw them.
Anyways, about a week ago, I finally realized this and sent Kenny Animate one more comment, this time with no email address in it. He gave me the old videomaker once again (huge thanks/shoutout to him for that!) and I was planning to use the old themes for my future videos.
However, just yesterday, I realized something--with this new way of getting the old videomaker back, I no longer have all my old sound effects, props, etc. saved in my library (and there is still no way to import anything). So, this means I wouldn't be able to use ANY custom sound effects or props in my videos, even the ones I've been using for years. All of the funny imported sound effects this channel has been using forever would be no more, plus there's the issue of not being able to make Scooby Doo videos because that series relies on custom props for Scooby and the Mystery Machine. In addition, I wouldn't be able to use the Eric voice for Boris any longer.
All in all, I feel that my content just wouldn't be the same without the ability to use custom sound effects, music, and props. In my opinion, the videos would be more generic and not as funny, and I wouldn't have as much fun making them either. So, I will be using Vyond Studio (the new videomaker) from now on, so that I can still import things and continue to use my old sound effects and props. It'll be the same old content we know and love, just in a different visual style. I hope you guys understand. Thanks for taking the time to read this, and look forward to more content, for real this time.

Ok, the poll has been up for nearly 24 hours and has 1000+ votes at this point, and the verdict seems to be Comedy World, which is good by me. However, I also noticed a few people saying I could use both, which gave me an idea that I think I'll use, provided you guys are ok with it: I'll use Comedy World most of the time, but if a certain video every now and then relies heavily on importing props/backgrounds, then I'll use Business Friendly to make it. An example would be some of the "Scooby Gang Goes To" videos. Don't worry though, this won't be all that often--my main theme will still be Comedy World.

Hi everyone, so I've got some news about the Legacy video maker situation (good and bad) and a question to ask all of you.

The bad news is, it has some limitations. I'm no longer able to import anything or save videos, meaning:
1. If I were to go with the old themes/legacy vm, I would have to screen-record all of my videos. As many of you have seen in the past, this can get very laggy and turn into a literal slideshow at times.
2. In fact, I DO still have access to my Library, meaning that every imported sound effect/prop/background you've seen in my videos thus far can still be used. However, I still can't import anything NEW, which means I would be unable to do certain requests/videos that involve characters going certain places/using certain props that aren't included in the video maker or my library. For example, I wouldn't be able to make the Scooby Doo gang go to real-life places anymore (that I haven't already made them go to before, that is).
These limitations have led me to consider using the Business Friendly theme in Vyond Studio instead. With Vyond Studio, I'd be able to export the videos (meaning they'd be much smoother and of higher quality than screen-recorded vids made with Comedy World), and I'd be able to import things again, allowing me (and you guys) more freedom in which specific videos I make. The only downside is that the videos would look visually different.
So yeah, I'd appreciate it if you guys voted for which theme you'd rather me use. BTW, I'm not really sure how long I'll run the poll for; depends on how long it'll take to get a significant number of votes.

Hey guys! After 2 months, I'm finally back. A lot of you may have noticed that the comments on all of my videos went away for quite some time--this was because I set my channel to "Made for Kids" as a result of being paranoid about the COPPA law that's recently started affecting YouTube. I've since changed my mind, however, due to both the fact that it's been confirmed that the fines will not bankrupt creators, and that I've simply been starting to realize that my videos probably fall more into the "animated content that appeals to everyone" category.
So yeah, this channel will be starting back up in the near future. We'll see if it'll be in the Comedy World theme still--that depends on if I can get the Legacy video maker working again. Either way, I hope you look forward to more content!
