The goal of my senior housing videos is to bring easy to understand information that will help families, providers and people interested in the field of senior housing. My videos are designed to help you and reduce your stress as you learn about and prepare for moving someone into senior housing, operating your own assisted living or memory care or if you want to improve as a caregiver.
At the end of 2017 I was having several health issues so I decided to make some changes that have turned out to be very positive and less difficult than I thought they would be. Beginning the Keto diet was one of these changes and starting a YouTube channel to document and help others in what I hope is an entertaining way was another change.
