The Institute for Learning and Development is a NYS OASAS Certified Education and Training Provider (0932) dedicated to evidenced-based research to develop and provide a high level of specialized substance use disorder (DSM-5) continuing education and training courses on-site and on-line. All learners will receive an OASAS Certificate of Completion for CASAC/CPP/CPS renewal.
