Hello and welcome!
I am a professionally trained hypnotherapist and have always enjoyed writing and recording hypnotherapy sessions. In 2018, I decided to concentrate on creating hypnotherapy/guided meditation recordings, specifically to be listened as an aid to sleep. I continue to pursue CPD (Continuing Professional Development) in the field of hypnotherpy to ensure I am best placed to provide recordings that are cognisant of the most up-to-date hypnotherapeutic techniques.
As a practicing Buddhist, my work is greatly influenced by Buddhist psychology. However, teachers like Eckhart Tolle, Byron Katie and Pema Chodron, all provide much inspiration.
