But what we do know is consistency is the key to growth.
There are a lot of extreme fitness experts out there and if we had the time we would be as ripped as they are.
But our goal is to be consistent and discover what healthy looks like for us.
We'll share what equipment we use to build an affordable micro-gym, supplements we are taking, workouts and even an inspirational word for the day.
