My name is Paul Rose - I have been involved in property for almost 20 years. I used to be an estate agent and letting agent and over the years I have invested, used various creative property strategies and built property businesses. In 2017, I co-founded the UK's first ever property sourcing franchise which grew to over 50 offices around the UK. I also co-founded and set-up a peer to peer property backed investment platform that has gone on to fund millions of pounds worth of property projects.

In 2019 I left those companies to focus on other passions - I wanted to offer property education to people that did not require them to spend thousands or be duped by so called property guru types!

We now provide a range of online property education, mentorship 1 to 1 and also lot's of free content too via our YouTube channel and our website on property workshops. We believe that people don't have to spend silly money to get educated.
