I'm Ali Ramos, your favorite corporate America dropout, currently soaking up the sun in Costa Rica.
After 1 year of full-time travel in 2018, my husband and I decided to leave the United States.
As of October 2021, we have successful lived in both Colombia and Costa Rica, and I decided, what better time than now, to create a channel to share all that I have learned.
I'm a California native, that kissed the 9-to-5 grind goodbye, and found my calling as an Integrative Nutritional Therapist.
We are currently really leaning into "slow-living," and truly living abroad.
I'm sarcastic, love millennial musings, and occasionally share all things healing. I'm deeply vested into Inner child work, healing my autoimmune disease through nutrition, but thrive on embracing my sass.
