I’ve been listening to a lot of Purpp and Pumps music recently and I know it’s common knowledge that Purpp and Pump are heavily influenced by other rappers it really set in now even tho I’ve been listening to these rappers for almost just as long.
In there music you can just tell back then they where listening to a lot of Glo Gang, Based god and Wop music
In D Rose, Elemantry, Boss , Movin, Johnny, Always Pump and Purpp sound like they are doing a Lil B impression
Molly, What U Sayin, Flex Like Ouu, Shoot Me, Off The Flat, Outshine they sound like Sosa
Youngest Flexer, Iced Out, At The Door, Zips they sound like Gucci
Even when you listen to Pump and Purpps first song together 30s Pump and Purpp are tryna make there voices sound like Sosa or Tadoe 😂
These songs are honestly the best versions of Pump and Purpp I feel like both of them just got too big for there own good I feel like if Purpp and Pump stayed independent they would’ve probably still had a somewhat solid fanbase.
