"Maturity" is not something that comes with age, it comes from experience.
You hear the term "life isn't fair" but it's always stuck with me. Maturity is understanding that life isn't fair for everyone - That some people have it harder than others. It's easy to dwell in the past; to yearn or to regret. You could sit in personal misery, but it's what you do to persevere hardship and push forward that others will remember.

WOWIE it's been a while. Ya boy is still alive. It's been such a chaotic, life-altering couple years since I was uploading regularly. But here's an important update for the channel moving forward...
NO MORE MONETIZATION!
YouTube has been like a second home to me since I started my channel way back in 2008. But I've watched it transform from an awesome video sharing platform to a business with censorship and rules, and I'm over fighting them on it. There will NOT be any ads on future videos.

Anyway, I owe you guys an explanation on where I've been.. Story time.
I packed up a Uhaul and moved across the country to be closer to my parents. My best friend surprisingly decided to come with me cause she didn't ever really like it at home. So we got a place together, but it took a much longer time to find jobs than we expected, so we fell into some debt.
We worked and worked and weren't really able to put much of a dent in it, so when our year lease was ending, we decided we needed something cheaper. I talked with my parents and we moved again into their basement, spending much less on rent. Things were starting to turn around... Until my parents announced to me they were getting a divorce and selling the house.
The divorce has since been finalized, and I've moved into my own apartment. It's tough but I'm making ends meet.
But now I'm sitting here in my apartment alone, wondering why I've thrown away this amazing opportunity. A channel with over 10,000 subscribers, and a love for making videos. I've been trying to practice self-reflection and personal improvement both physically and mentally. At my heaviest, I weighed 310 pounds in college, and now I'm down to 248.
I'm realizing I need a passion in life. It's so important to keep me pushing forward. And I think that forgotten passion is making videos. It might be time to start my next chapter.

Wow, today marks my channel's 14th birthday! Makes ME feel like an old fart more than anything. Thanks so much to everyone who continues to support my my content, even when my upload schedule has been kind of all over the place for the entire lifetime of my channel. I appreciate all of you so much!
