🌞 Is the Bhagavat a spiritual lamp or a Sun of Truth ?
🪔 When a shishya walks with the Adhytam Deep of the Bhagavat that is lit by a Sadguru, he reaches that horizon where the sunrise of Supreme Truth dawns and he realises there is no difference between the lamp and Sun in essence!
📕 4 syllables of the ‘Bhagavat’ illumine the pathway to Peace!
Bhā = Prakash (Light),
Ga = Gyaan (Knowledge),
Va = Variagya (Dispassion), and
Ta = Tyaga (Renunciation)
🪔 In this spiritual light one is able to discriminate real from unreal and realise the world is a mere a rope and not a snake to fear!
🪢Knowing it’s impermanent (gyan) the material world that is given up and then not even remembered is the true renunciation (tyag) - which is possible only by the strength of true dispassion (vairagya).
tyāgāchāntir anantaram - one get peace after renouncing that which is temporary!
☀️ Do we give to receive peace or praise? Rajasik, Tamasik Daan are merely forms of barter. We donate money to receive fame.
🎁 Sattvik charity is undertaken with the spirit of a pressing ‘sense of duty’ - and not some favour to any other to later be encashed in kind.
🏆To give with the right attitude, at the proper time, place, and to a person worthy of receiving this charity - This is the highest form of Charity praised by Shri Krishna!
dātavyam iti yad dānaṁ dīyate ’nupakāriṇe
deśe kāle ca pātre ca tad dānaṃ sāttvikaṃ smṛtam
💦 Remove the fear of death through the acts of Shravan - (listening), Smaran (remembrance), Kirtan (chanting, singing) of the Lord!

🫶🏽 Naam (name), Dhyaan (meditation), Archan (pooja) - all these will not allow you to commit sin on the path of Bhakti!
