Hello, hope this isn't too late since it is buff day, but here at the updated stats for my Tieria after she was buffed recently (7/18). Her s3 doing hp scaling damage made her damage very high even on my previous build so it had to be lowered a lot.
Actually, for my 3man comp, I didn't have to change anything at all besides remove the atk% boosting artifact from Lilka. So if you are running 3man, you might not need to change anything.
The real issue came into play when running 4man teams. Leo's damage output is too high thanks to elemental advantage and the rng chance to proc s1. This made it very hard for me to tune Tieria's damage to allow Leo to proc his extra s1 so Bellona doesn't push the Banshee Queen past her split phase, while still making Tieria do enough damage to help Bellona wave clear in wave 1. Overall I now *strongly recommend dropping Leo from this 4man comp, and using Shadow Rose instead.* Her damage is low enough that she doesn't push too far in wave 2. She has the advantage of needing no mola and needing no eff in gear, since her s3 grants eff buff, her self imprint is eff, and she has an ee that has eff too (although she doesn't need any EE, like Bellona. If anything, get the extra cr push on s3). The clear rate is slightly lower because Rose doesn't have any defense break artifact, but it is more than acceptable.
This was tested with my destruction build. I have not tried rage set (and probably won't) but I imagine it is harder to tune Bellona's s2 to not overkill because of Tieria's now larger contribution. When testing yourself, remember, your team must do less than 31k with Bellona's s2, Tieria's s3, and Leo/Rose's s2. If you are going to build rage Bellona, absolutely avoid mola'ing s2 until necessary.
To lower Tieria's damage this much, I now have her on an atk% neck and eff% ring. You can also use crit chance% neck and atk% (or flat atk) ring. Keep your cdam% low, ideally under 240%. I do not plan on making another video unless there is a lot of demand. For now, I have this post and a pinned comment on the most recent video. Thanks, and good luck!
