I wrote this song with my friend Roger. It’s about my firstborn son, and it’s a collection of the things I’ve said to him since he was a baby. He’s taller than me now, and he’s about to be out there in the wild. Just living his adult life… but I’ll always be his father, and I’ll always fight for him.
Tbh, We had a very tough year. We’re coming out of it, and things are getting better, but man… It took everything I had to hold it together.
Sometimes you have to hold on to hope in the face of serious doubt. Love y’all. Thank you for the listen. 🙏🏼
