Innovation, experimentation and design for the smart city have a new home.
It is called the House of Emerging Technologies of Rome (CTE), a real living lab inside the Tiburtina station, realised by Roma Capitale with co-financing from the MISE (Ministry of Economic Development) and other corporate partners, totalling about 6 million euros.
The framework is very dynamic and projects the Capital into a near future in which emerging technologies such as blockchain, Internet of things (IoT), Artificial intelligence (AI) and integration with 5G networks are the drivers of a sustainable economic development of the city.
