They only take 5 minutes. All I asking is for you to share with me about your experience working with the healing sessions.
The video below does contain a complete session and will work with anyone who is open to receive. I provide the energy, you provide the intention for where or what you want the energy to focus upon. You can work with the sessions as much as you like and ideally every day for a minimum 3 days in a row, but ideally you can work with the sessions everyday for 30 days or longer.
