Born in Japan in 1977. Mr.HORI was the caster and reporter for news program by Japanese Broadcasting Corporation(NHK）until becoming Visiting scholar at UCLA since 2012. After leaving NHK he became the chairperson of the NPO “8bitNews” , the anchorman for “Morning CROSS” by Tokyo Metropolitan Television（Tokyo MX）,Radio navigator for “JAM THE WORLD” by J-WAVE. He is also the Visiting professor of Shukutoku university since Apr 2014.
