83 years ago today, the American Naval Base at Pearl Harbor, Oahu was attacked by the forces of the Japanese Naval Air Arm, severely damaging dozens of American ships.
I find this year especially significant as this is the first Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day without a single surviving member of the crew of the USS Arizona.
Lou Conter, born September 13th, 1921; passed away on April 1st, 2024, at the age of 102, in his home in Grass Valley, California.
May God bless all the American servicemen who died in the attack, those who survived and have since passed on, and those few who are still with us today.

Sooooooo......
My [YTP] Memecraft Part 2 video got a copyright strike and is scheduled to be removed in 6 days. I was under the impression that it was protected by Fair Use as parody. I have reached out to silpaeja asking them to tell me why it was struck. If I get a response, I hope to be able to fix the video so they feel it no longer infringes their copyright.
Edit: It's resolved, the video is no longer going to be taken down
2nd edit: Apparently it just got struck and is now deleted. Even though the strike was retracted.
