This time of year is hitting me emotionally, as it was around this season last year that we finally began trying to conceive (ttc) after Clark’s reverse vasectomy. It only took two months to conceive Davin, my angel baby, but just that short wait was nerve racking.
And then now being here, at a place where my body needs longer to heal from my c-section, but wanting a baby so badly, I’m experiencing a similar angst in the wait to ttc.
If you’re a woman that was excited to ttc and had that two week wait at the end of each cycle, or had to wait for medical reasons to ttc, how did you handle the wait?
What did you do to find joy and purpose in your day or let’s be honest, help time pass by!?

I'm a Certified Health & Life Coach, Christian, wife, and mother to an angel in heaven and a precious daughter here on earth! This channel started as a way for me to share healthy living content, but has turned into a vlog about my journey with living after loss. On August 2nd 2018, my Son Davin was stillborn. Life has changed for me completely, it's been a wild road filled with love and grief. Then on June 23rd 2020 my husband Clark and i had our beautiful daughter, our rainbow baby, Jolie Danielle!
