let's talk about what's going on!
Pau Plays Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations episode 1 (Turnabout Memories) is being rendered now. there was an issue with recording the whole game that's making editing take longer (but the issue is barely noticeable in the final thing, just very time consuming to edit!)
the rest of the episodes of PPAA3 will come out... eventually. editing them will take a while due to this issue.
Pau Plays Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney will be recorded starting later this month! Pau's visiting again and we'll be recording all of PPAA4 starting then. during this time i probably won't be editing PPAA3, but once Pau leaves again i'll likely go right back to it. and once PPAA3 is all done and uploaded, i'll begin editing PPAA4, which should be way smoother and way quicker because there won't be any issues like that again.
i have other videos planned as i really want to work on this channel this year, including more skit-like videos, breakdowns of stuff in video games, a combination of both of those things, and even some game reviews. i've also been working on a HUGE video (and a very expensive one...) with Moosh but that's a video i expect to be done with next year, it's just one of those kinds of things.
i've had a video on the corkboard i wanted to do for April Fools for a while now, but i doubt that'll actually happen for April Fools this year. ideally i could just put it out as a normal video later on in the year however, once i'm not focusing on Pau Plays Ace Attorney anymore for the next while.
when i return to streaming, i will probably stream right here on YouTube. though, conveniently, Twitch changed their rules to allow cross-streaming or whatever, so i'll be streaming on both Twitch and YouTube at the same time for a little bit before i drop Twitch entirely, i suppose. the end goal is to be just here on YouTube. i should be able to return to streaming sometime this year!
and in case you missed it, a few months ago on Christmas Day (despite not really being Christmas themed), i put out a video called A Presentation On. i would maybe make it a series if it got popular enough but it doesn't look that way, but hey, it's still a fun one-off video, and i'm glad i was able to do something like it. it's a fun improv game i did with a few others, so i'll leave a link to it in this post.

i am working on other videos, and i have one i think people who came from Funny Goombas will really like, it's just that it requires a LOT of reading on my part... like, reading a text file that's 40,619 lines long. (with all this "reading an extreme amount of text for a silly video", i think i'm starting to see the comparisons to BDG/Unraveled people were making in the comments ahaha...)

hey everyone! i appreciate all the support i've been getting on the Funny Goombas video, it seems the YouTube algorithm picked that video to show to literally everyone for some reason but i'm not complaining! (if you haven't seen it, check it out here: https://youtu.be/j32uyf-bMwE)
i mainly did that video as a test for a new editing software i was considering switching to from Vegas Pro. i've had years of Vegas Pro experience so my editing is normally better than what you see in that video haha, but i'm glad people seem to enjoy it nonetheless!
i definitely plan to upload more, and while it would be easy to just make more videos called "Funny Koopa Troopas" and "Funny Piranha Plants", i have more ideas that i want to explore! i'll make more Funny Mario Enemies videos eventually but it'll be a few videos from now to space them out! i have some hour-long videos in the works as well, and if any were to blow up, i expected it to be those... but what can i say, the people love Funny Goombas :)

UPDATE: It seems Nintendo has not only blocked all videos relating to the Nintendo Switch Sports Online Play Test OST, but also, many other unrelated videos I uploaded YEARS ago that had no issues up until now. Those videos were literally just gameplay of Super Mario Galaxy or Super Mario 64, and Nintendo has decided to block all such videos from my channel.
