All my videos contain materials protected by the Fair Use provisions under Section 107 of the Copyright Act. Here's how I create my videos: first, I come up with ideas, then I shoot and edit the video in CapCut, which takes about an hour or more (depending on the complexity of the concept). After editing, I take screenshots and create thumbnails in Adobe Photoshop, come up with a creative title, and upload the video to YouTube. I strive to create unique content to stand out from my competitors and have an advantage over them.
