Its been few years now since I got acquainted with Meditation.A teacher by profession and a learner by nature I commenced on a new journey that transformed me into a new individual altogether.

I see myself as more mature,calm,contended and confident person.

Reading SPIRITUAL LITERATURE and TEACHING MEDITATION is now permanently added to my TO DO list.

The transformation ignited a strong desire in me to share my learnings and experiences and through my channel WISDOM BITES I intend to share how the realization of being the master of one's destiny can prove truely emancipating.

Life is all about choosing joy over worries, being compassionate as well as conscious at all times and understanding the quantums of the universe which is the ultimate reality.
