What does it mean to be a single parent on Christmas?
For some, it might mean giving an excessive amount of gifts to your child/children for the holidays to compensate for the absence of the other parent.
For others, it could mean time spent at a homeless shelter to escape abuse or lack of resources.
For others, it is time together, and you are making the most of the situation.
Regardless of the situation you find yourself in, things could always be worse.
This year, stop and take time to slow down and relax. Enjoy the time you have with your child/children.
Celebrate the good times and the not so good times.
Cherish the memories you have together.
Whether you have an impending snowstorm coming or it is 90° live life to the fullest!
Remember, this is a season in your life, and it too shall pass.
