Brothers Dameon and Gabe Aranda have been writing and playing music together since they were kids. Music has always been a major force in their lives. Throughout Arandaâs career they have worked with some of the industryâs finest talent including the Grammy-nominated production team of Sam Watters and Louis Biancaniello on their first self-titled national release.
2009 saw Arandaâs first charting single, âStill in the Dark,â break into the Top 30 chart for active rock radio across the country. That same year, American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson hand-picked two Aranda songs to cover on her album, All I Ever Wanted â including the high-energy in-your-face song of rebellion, âWhyyawannabringmedownâ and, âAll I Ever Wanted,â which became the title track for Clarksonâs album. Also, in 2009, Arandaâs âWhyyawannabringmedownâ was selected by the WWE as the theme song for the pay-per-view event, The Bash.
