KidMove - Athlete-centered coaching practices (2019-2020) is an international project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Sport Programme of the European Union and coordinated by Metropolia UAS.
In KidMove-project we collect and co-create good athlete centered coaching practices, especially for junior coaching on the grassroot level. The goal is to enhance the joy and motivation of sports and reduce the drop out from sporting activities by enhancing the social inclusion, equal opportunities and prevention of sport-related injuries. KidMove-project combines the existing evidence based theory to the knowledge and experience of coaches in the sport clubs and organizations.
