Got my first video camera in 1992. Some of the videos were shot with a borrowed VHS camera in 1989. Got a second 8mm camera in 1998.Was using a Canon SD1200 digital camera. Then a Fuji AX500 with Hi-Def., back to the Canon SD1200, and now with a Canon A2500, with hi-def. The SD1200 is still okay, but the *Plastic* threads where the tripod mount is are stripped. The A2500 has an improvement, METAL threaded insert for the tripod mount, which is part of the camera body...
