What is a "Flagship"?
"Flagship" refers to off grid natural home built using only locally sourced natural materials, optimized for its specific climate. It's not of a specific house design, set of building techniques or materials but rather a set of principles and a classification of a design that sits comfortable in its environment. The basic house design and its materials can not rely on industry and should be replicable generation after generation in order to classify as a Flagship. The word "Ship" refers to the house being off grid, sailing free just as a ship, and the word "Flag" refers to its specific climate, situation or the flag under which the ship is "sailing".
