The videos should comfort you, calm you down, and be suitable for you to fall asleep to.
However, even if the video relaxes you, you may experience difficulty falling asleep the first time using it.
Here is how it works:
First, find your favorite from my list, then play it while you are awake.
Then, after listening to it while you're awake, play it at your bedtime at a volume you can hear clearly and comfortably.
Be aware that if the volume is too low, you may unconsciously focus on trying to listen to the sound, and that may cause restlessness.
It is best to play the video at a slightly louder volume.
Do not worry if you can not distinguish the noises from the music, as your brain will automatically process them and you will become calm and feel comforted.
