Hi guys✌🏼 Forgive me for the fact that videos are so rare. It's hard for me to talk about this, but a year ago I was diagnosed with a mental disorder. The therapist said I have panic disorder and depression. And a month ago I started a new depressive episode. I have constant panic attacks, depersonalization, apathy, suicidal thoughts and mood swings. I take antidepressants, but they do not really help. I wanted to ask you guys, can any of you feel something like that? How do you deal with this? Thanks for reading. I love you❤️
