I'm Bo. I'm from Vancouver Island. My sensory seeking videos are made to calm the nervous system. Longer video soundtracks may sooth tinnitus. I also like to build Lego.

Curiosity keeps me exploring, creating, moving and traveling. Exploring nature calms my anxiety and helps to stabilizes my equilibrium. I have been living with an impaired equilibrium for 20 years.
