My brother and sister's birthdays are today, and tomorrow it will be my grandmother's birthday. Yay!

Is this who I think it is?!
When characters spawn in but don't activate right away, they usually appear visible for a frame then disappear, but they're still technically in the same position. That's what happened here.

Y'all are probably getting tired of me mentioning it but my phone's touchscreen is now unresponsive. The Talk Back accessibility function with particular button presses won't help anymore if the touchscreen is unresponsive.
The sad thing is that both my mom and grandmother contributed to get me the new phone for Christmas and it just breaks in 10 days. I barely got to do that much on it, though that might have been a good thing because I didn't lose too much data; anything I did lose I can easily replace/remake.
I'm gonna see if my brother can look at it to at least see what the problem, and at best miraculously find a fix. But a new device might be a better choice.

I just checked now and there's apparently a new update for BBKCM that released 11 days ago, the 0.1.9 pre-release. I'm definitely checking it out.

I finished an Expert Terraria playthrough offline to get back into the hang of the game in preparation for future updates, and just to have fun.
But I might do a silly playthrough of Terraria in Journey Mode with spawn rates heavily increased(likely to the max multiplier possible non-modded) and likely stream that. Should I probably stream that?

Now the phone screen is staying black whenever I turn it on, with it flickering sometimes depending on what's happening on the phone. Yeah, I need a replacement as soon as possible, this is ridiculous.

Phone is definitely still broken as heck. Screen is very color stripy and the touchscreen sometimes touches random places every 0.1 seconds, a rate I have never seen occur before. And it's probably not fixing itself this time. It's clearly a defective phone if it bugs and breaks in such a manner in just 10 days of use. The lower area of the phone seems to warm up a lot, something around there might be causing the problems.
We were trying to see if a refund is possible but we went through this lengthy security process with the service provider which didn't work out anyways, even with the info provided. Corporate stuff it seems...
Me and my brother have been figuring out a way to project the phone screen onto another device. I've spent at least a few hours using some accessibility features to try and navigate my phone and find a way to do this.
I don't know if saving the phone from its state is exactly possible, but if I can at least use it so some extent until I get a new one or the possibility of a repair or refund comes around, that's good enough for me. Because I miss out on a lot from apps I use when I'm away from long periods of time.
I'm basically in the same situation I was in with my old phone breaking, so more waiting... Do wish me luck.
