I just got back from a trip rock hounding in Southern Oregon and found this chunker of a sun stone. Should I have it cut and create a project with it? If so what cut and what kind of project??? I have a few thoughts in mind (a fancy cut like a shield?) but would live to hear from you guys!

Wow first post on this channel! Check out some pictures of the project. The pendant is just about done and hopefully I can get the video done this week. This pendant was made from turquoise (or chrysocolla. I can't tell the difference lol) And quartz that we found on a trip to AZ where we spent 4 days backpacking through the grand canyon. This type of project is exactly what I want Sojourn Fine Jewelry to be about. Making jewelry that brings us back to an amazing time in our lives. We are all Sojourning through this life. Let's wear jewelry that helps us remember the journey.
