Make Good Your Escape were a rock band from the south of England signed to Fierce Panda/Sanctuary/Slogan/Fabtone.
Formed 2004, disbanded 2007. They toured around the UK in a crappy van about 6000 times, playing with bands like Skin, Maximo Park, Seafood, The Fall, Scouting For Girls, Electric Six, The Maccabees, The Feeling, mewithoutYou, The Spinto Band and Cold War Kids, we also did some shows at the CMJ festival in New York City.
The band received gracious support from radio stations around the world including Radio 1, XFM, BBC6 Music, Planet Rock and tons of American college rock stations, and performed several live-on-air sessions for XFM and BBC6 Music.
Publicised in print platforms such as Kerrang, NME, Rocksound, Metal Hammer, Classic Rock, Music Week, Artrocker, Playmusic, The Fly, Drowned In Sound. The band were artistically acclaimed at the peak of their departure in 2007, bowing out to a sold-out crowd at Concorde2, Brighton.
