Life Update.
I’ve been pretty distant here for the past few months. I have been going through a lot of ups and downs and challenges in my personal life as things have changed a lot while also trying to raise kids, homeschool, juggle a larger work load with many projects and clients, and generally wearing all the hats. I know this is true for so many of us out there :)

I’ve also been in a bit of a creative slump and not knowing what more I can share with you all online. The Internet can be such a noisy place with everyone shouting their opinion, rules, and unsolicited comments on what you are doing. I feel like I have said it all in the 12 years I’ve had a YouTube channel LOL. But I know I want to keep helping and motivating people to get healthier and make good health choices that positively impact their lives.

We also had a really close call with a wildfire very near our home. No power, running water, or internet for quite a while and it really made me stop in my tracks and be grateful for all the things I typically take for granted - like running water to wash dishes, a warm bath, a washing machine, internet. I got a good dose of humble pie and mindset shift on what actually matters.

Sometimes we all need a little break and I have been feeling that for sometime, and that’s why I had pulled back bit. But I am feeling motivated to share a bit more, so as always let me know what YOU want to see here and I am happy to create and help you on your health/wellness path.
