Hi I am Adam McCarthy and I am a Sports Psychology and Sports Science
I have graduate from Cardiff Met /UWIC in Sports Science and a Sports Psychology master. I am also a qualified personal trainer, athletics and disabled football coach previously working for Cardiff City Football Club, England Institute of Sport (EIS) GymShark and the British psychological Society.
