From what I believe is that ascending is not about shifting to the fifth or any dimension just to feel 'good'. And no more misery to experience in your life.
Acendering is about being consciously present with everything that is from your natural state of being (calm, flow, trust and love).
Can you be okay with both sadness and joy? With both lack and abundance? With both uncertainty and confidence? With both illness and health?
Can you embrace all polarities, both what you like and what you don't like?
Without resistance?
Without judgment?
Can you allow it?
Can you fully allow it?
Can you give it space from a neutral point of view?
Can you give it what it needs out of surrender?
So that it can come into balance in a natural way?
At that moment, something cracks open so that your soul can emerge. Who shows you the way on your path. Navigating you through the polarities, for as long as necessary. Not from resistance, but from your natural state of human being.

Finally at the end of my Quest 😅 - This is ME(L) #quest #ascension
To get straight to te point, all my life I've felt like I didn't belong 'here'.
I felt incomplete and not safe in my body. After a number of traumatic experiences, this only got worse. I was always tired and anxious with an overstimulated nervous system.
That's why I started looking for where this feeling comes from and how I can solve it.
It was not an easy journey, it felt like a quest.
But since the last few days I can FINALLY say that I feel whole and complete. And I can finally fully ground myself and therefore call this crazy planet my 'home'.

From a personal perspective this whole situation (being in a breakup with a narcissist with who you have kids) feels like your worst nightmare. But when you can zoom out, you will discover this goes much deeper than your own (painful) personal situation.
This is about the Empath and Narcissist, who are each others shadow.
What one has too much, the other has too little. In both cases, there is an imbalance, based on an underlying lack of self-esteem.
And the mothers are now at the helm to break through this. When they are willing to take responsibility and start doing the inner work. Causing them to restore the imbalance within themselves, by healing their lack of selfworth. And letting go of the guilt, because it is not your fault!
By taking responsibility you break the cycle. Not only for your daughter(s), but also your son(s).
And therefore also the collective (karma).
It's a shitty job, but someone's got to do it. So it might as wel be you.

This 'Bring Back Magic' song was made in honor of the yet to be released book MILLY - see through the eyes of your heart. The book Milly has been finished for a while and is still waiting for the right designer, but expected to be issued in mid-2025.
I created the book Milly together with my children. My son made the drawings, which were colored by my daughter.
Milly is a very special girl, who was born into the fairytale world. But she is kidnapped as a baby, which brings her to the earthly world. As a result, she becomes seriously ill. Despite that, this was still supposed to happen ....
Milly is not a children's book, but a fairy tale book for adults. That takes you to a fairytale world. Which gives you the feeling that it might actually exist.
Just ask your own inner child if that's the case. He/she knows ....

Both sides of the coin are equally important and valuable.
One side represents enjoying your successes and the other side represents the challenges that still await you.
Where you are now in your process, can you be equally grateful for both sides? Because then you will have learned another important lesson. And you may continue to the next level of this magical human journey.

oday on 1-11 but also at other times this 'ruthless' #𝙎𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙥𝙞𝙤 season, old wounds come to the surface.
That have to do with #money, #self-esteem, your self-image; how you look at your body. But also feeling left out, #abandoned and a #victim.
It can feel like you have taken 5 steps back in your process. But that is certainly not the case!
These are remnants of old wounds that 𝙎𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙥𝙞𝙤 brings to the surface. To be looked at by you, cried, healed and than finally ....released. 🌬
Because this - feeling unworthy or a victim - is certainly not who or what you are! 🔥
Therefore, start affirming every day what you DO want and who you DO want to be. For example:
... my life runs smoothly, easily and effortlessly ... I feel carried and supported by the #universe and the people around me ... Of course I always have plenty of money, because I am worth it ... I love my body, take good care of it and support it with the right nutrition ... I recognize my talents, gifts and qualities, with which I deliver quality, help many people and am very successful ... I feel good about myself and my body, everything flows in my life and I love myself, thank you!
