Shashikiran Komandur aka K. Shashikiranachary is an Engineer by Education, a State Services Officer by Profession and a Poet. He writes in Telugu and English Languages. He is known to be a prodigious personality with innate abilities to create thought provoking poetry. A rare breed of Classical Poets in this modern Era who wrote SRIMADRAMAYANAM mahakayva in pure Classical Telugu Poetry (padya mahakayva) at a tender age of 30 years. He has an another Telugu classic book titled "Telugodu", to his credit, that speaks of Greatness of Telugu language through the lense of Literature. This was written while he was in his teens. Many of his unpublished works are in offing. He is a Telangana state Group 1 Services officer of 2007 Bacth. He is an upright officer, held many important positions in his career including a stint in Government of India. In a nutshell he is a personality with difference who upholds Honesty & Integrity in all walks of life.
