I'm a retired professor who wants to help spark an interest in others for cooking. I baked my first batch of cookies when I was seven years old; I was hooked and have been cooking ever since.
I am also a one-man operation and I'm still learning about everything from filming to editing to website design and maintenance. Oh, and then there is the kitchen cleanup!
