Getting to 700 subscribers too is also insanely wonderful and I cannot thank enough every single person who has uplifted me and left me comments on all my videos. Thank you everyone for loving my work enough to check more things out of mine!!

Was so tired of working on artfight refs and didn’t have any comms in my queues so I decided to join the art contest for @Penn2.0 ! I couldn’t exactly figure out the personality of your pretty kitty so I had to wing it :)
I got to fully render a piece again which was so nice but it absolutely made him look brown 😭that’s just what color dodge does ig.. looking at everyone’s pieces for this has been amazing and everyone’s work has been so amazing!!

THANK YOU EVERYONE SO MUCH FOR THE LOVE YOUVE GIVEN TO "RUN HOME"!! Im eternally grateful that my stories have been resonating so much with you guys, creating characters and worlds is a lifelong passion of mine and I am always so happy to get to share it with all of you :)
Y'all REALLY loved the designs that I showed off in the PMV, WHICH THANK YOU!! they've gone through countless revisions and redos to show exactly the characterization that I aim for them to have (+ still revising them!!) but here's everyone who was given a design for "Run Home" :) I'll give you a quick little blurb of everyone too!!
Atlantic- our main protagonist, a humpback whale who took the job of her son to travel on land and build an ocean on the other side. Looking for her son in the process (you guys knew this!) wears a prosthetic mask and legs made of coral to survive on land, and carries a bag full of sea creature eggs on her back to populate the new ocean she's attempting to make.
Atlas- said missing son! Essentially the same themes at Atlantic's design, as their closeness is very important to the story, but I raised his posture and widened his eyes to make him appear younger. + his coral is a different color bc I wanted to differentiate them easier, but you could say the oxidization of the coral by the time Atlantic got them probably did a number!
Adame- our mysterious raptor who appeared to Atlantic in her magic-portal-lake. We actually follow him as a second protagonist throughout the story! He is married to the heir to The Old World in a VERY miserable marriage that both of them didn't mean to make miserable (it's the mental illness) but are actively attempting to take care of each other. Adame 's design is kinda meant to make him look like he's falling apart LMAOO so he has braces on his neck and ankles and one of his eyes is slacked.. there's a few other notes I can't fully specify bc it'll reveal things that I wanna reveal later on!!
Eve- daughter of the Lord of The Old World and married to Adame. (She showed up in the PMV! She was the one laying w Adame) a very lost and deeply depressed woman who lashes out at everything and everyone. Suffers from frequent night terrors that Adame sits with her and puts up with. The feathers on her head are meant to look like a masquerade mask!
Griffonage- exiled monkey who tattoos on his body every lesson he's learned from the people in his life. Once again, I can't say much as to not reveal much but there he is!! :)
Crony- a dead dodo bird who's being piloted by a bug inside of him. For his design, I didn't particularly want him to look too decomposed! So I kinda cute-ified him as to just having the wings of the body be limp and the tongue always sticking out..(the green hits of him are the bug inside for note! He's a caterpillar)
Fær- our witch killer who wears the hide of her first victim. She's not meant to look like any specific creature- more just an amalgamation of a monster. The hide she wears is of a dire wolf, though! Just like Crony, I had to do the balance of wanting to make her look accurate to the concept I was trying to portray, and also not incredibly detailed or scary.
India- they actually weren't mentioned in the description because they come around later in the story! But they're Atlantic's new child when her ocean-egg basket accidently rips and hatches them early. They're meant to look like mama but also meant to be a mix of ALL the group that they were raised by. Their prosthetics are made of sand!! :)
And there we are!! Hopefully y'all will eventually see these characters soon, but I have some big things with other major stories of mine hopefully in the world eventually >:) until then, stay kind to yourselves!!

I've been following your work for a bit and, as I've stated to you when I made my first ever fanart, that I will ALWAYS support individuals who take the time out of their day to write compelling stories and share it with the world. Dissecting you and Ray's story and all the plans you guys made with it has been SO FUN and it makes me so happy to see people like me getting love for their original works.
I had an ambitious idea and unfortunately we had a slump around the middle since that was the last part I worked on 😭 the highest quality art comes from the top and bottom panels when I was a lot less tired of drawing this tbh.... But I still had a blast and it was so exciting to have this concept pull through :)

HAPPY HOLIDAYS LOVES!!
I hope everyone has had safe, stress-free travels wherever they have gone to celebrate, and that families and friends are welcoming and warm this season. I hope everyone also has given themselves a break from their work to get to relax a little bit and take a breather as the rest of the animals have done with winter’s arrival.
I decided to share a handful of holiday presents I made for some friends back at college here for y’all to see! I have a couple of animations still to finish for close online friends, but those will likely be done sometime in January because finals season + giving season come WAY too close together..
All of these critters are from me and my friend group’s DnD campaign! There’s about 7 of us + our lovely DM, and so I chose the 5 best icons I made in my opinion :)
But besides that, I reiterate my optimistic wishes for everyone this winter, and I will see y’all soon with new animations eventually!

Not only is this a BIG number for a small creator like me, but it means so much that a) the video I've worked the longest on so far b) with my FAVORITE story I have has gotten to where it is now!!

"Why do they look different?" Well, in the time between Cairo's publishing and now, I finally hunkered down to redesign these guys after years of them kinda keeping their designs :) personally I'm INCREDIBLY happy with the way they look now!!
