《一剪梅·梅花拳》
落地梅花点点桩。银杏叶黄，色若金刚。一招一式细思量，进退曲直，动静圆方。
闹市功夫万事妨。憔悴身心，去路茫茫。练得拳法顺阴阳，春夏秋冬，用舍行藏。
梅花拳是古老的中国武术，以“五势”为基础，即“大、顺、拗、小、败”。梅花拳的动作与静态桩功训练体系相结合，有如小梅花拳、金刚拳等武术功法套路。
还有刀、枪、剑、棍等武器的训练，以及中国文化中的“阴阳”、“五行”、“八卦”等文化理论。
以上共同构成了梅花拳艺术体系。
