The Hands Up Project was developed in 2015 by Nick Bilbrough to tell stories and do other English language learning activities for children in Gaza and the West Bank. Most sessions occur remotely through Zoom video conferencing tools. We are pioneers in the fields of remote theatre, online storytelling and online intercultural connections, between children in Palestine and schoolchildren around the world, and with our ever expanding team of volunteers around the world.
