Go through my videos or UTAU Wiki for them and please patiently wait for the UTAU SoundScape website to be completed. I prefer that because then alongside the bank download you'll see the best way to use the bank.
However, Bion Kimusume and Leil's incomplete VCV banks are pretty much usable, so if anyone wants to use them before their actual release feel free to message me. Kaisho's tripitch CV 2.0 will be out...eventually.
