I know that my activity on here has been essentially nonexistent as I have stepped away from being immersed within the beauty community on YouTube and other platforms.

I have devoted more time to my second channel, The Relatable Millennial where I have a wider range of content that more aligns with who I am at this stage in my life. If any of y'all are so inclined, feel free to find me there where I am posting much more regularly.

The last two years have been extremely tumultuous and enlightening as I navigate my mental health, past traumas and sexual identity. There have been many things about myself I had not realized until therapy and other instances which shed light on a lot of behaviors and repressed issues.

Moving forward, I feel more like myself than I have in a very long time and am finally making progress toward who I want to be in life. I have spent a very long time trying hard to be anyone else but me and pushed down things I might have otherwise realized.

Coming out has had a huge and positive impact on my life and it feels as if a weight has been lifted from my shoulders as I live a more authentic existence. However, accepting myself has also brought along with it many repressed traumas, shame, self loathing, internalized heteronormative rhetoric and other difficult concepts which I hope to conquer through therapy.

It has been a difficult journey working through my sexual and gender identity while also distancing myself from the toxic faith I was brought up in since birth. (Mormon, LDS, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints) There are many things which have effected me in ways I had not realised until now and processing those traumas have been enlightening, disheartening and at times even heartbreaking.

There is a lot more I would like to share, hoping that my stories and experiences might help other people who have gone through and are enduring similar things. Along with other content that brings me joy and brings me back to why I started YouTube in the first place.

Moving forward I will be posting the same videos to this channel as well as The Relatable Millennial in order to gauge interest on this page. I know my subscriber count (14K) does not equal engagement (maaaaaybe 800 views) but this was where I started and I wonder if anyone will still be interested in who I am, even if I'm different, I am more me than ever.

I am eager to share my hobbies, interests, pains and joys, hopefully curating a group of like minded individuals. As my grandfather so sweetly said before his death, I really do have, "The best bunch of friends."

To those who have stayed, thank you. I truly would not still be here without the support y'all gave me.

I know this won't be seen by a lot of people as I've literally not posted in well over a year. I've thought long and hard about trying to 'revive' this channel with my authentic self and I guess we'll just see what happens.

Remember to be true to yourself and as always, keep it real.

I would like to start out by thanking all of y'all who have been with me for however long. The love, support and comradery I have recieved through my years on this platform has been overwhelming and I am truly grateful. Many of you have seen me at my best and worst, offering insight and interest with my content. The words of several of you truly helped me through the care and eventual death of my grandfather and I often wonder how much more difficult that would have been without your understanding and kindness. He always told me that I had "A pretty great group of friends," and I wholeheartedly agree with him. Out of all the subscribers I believe I have had the best.

But, quite a few years have passed since I started my YouTube 'career' and much has changed about myself. Age and newly found hindsight has helped me move forward in several ways and I want to share that with y'all, the people who have seen me grow in real time, through my videos and other content.

My main channel where you are seeing this has lost its monetization, due to inactivity and loss of views. I will go into the highs and lows of being a channel that went from creating a decent amount of revenue to being a dead end with 14K subscribers that could barely pull 2K videos, at a later date. I feel like I have been holding onto my first endeavor in a hope that producing more content will resurrect it, but with a subscriber count that has not stopped declining for at least three years, I feel its time has has been spent. It was a wonderful journey and I am beyond grateful for the good times I had and hopefully y'all had as well.

Moving forward, I want to continue creating content, but no longer mainly focusing on just beauty related topics. I will continue to include beauty and skincare within my content, but also want to discuss fashion, lifestyle, spiritual and other related subjects including commentary on various subjects. I had been toying with this idea for nearly a year and the loss of monetization was essentially the final sign that it was time to move on from this part of my life. It is a bitter sweet decision, but one that I hope will help rebuild the creative spark I had lost when YouTube became a stressful obligation rather than an enjoyable outlet for expressing myself. I do truly hope that my new venture will be a successful one, but even more, a place where I can truly be myself.

Again, it is difficult to express how grateful I am, for your snaps, your comments and for just clicking on my videos because you appreciated what I brought to the platform.
But, it is not all sad goodbyes. Venturing forward I will be switching to my secondary account, The Relatable Millennial, which the link for will be provided here.

(For those who subbed the first time, I think YouTube deleted the channel.)

Do not feel that you must subscribe, but I offer the option for those who wish to continue following my development on YouTube. So, if topics like beauty/skincare, anime, Paganism, nonbinary fashion and gay shenanigans sound interesting to you, please come join me on The Relatable Millennial for a new adventure.

Thank you for everything you did to make my channel what it was for while it existed. Without that I would not be the person I am today.

I love you, and as always, keep it real.

Just a random question, but would any of y'all be horrified if I stopped censoring myself and swore in videos?

To everyone worrying/wondering where I am, I recently got a new job which is working nights. I've got a lot less free time to film and such but I will still be creating content. Thank you to everyone who has reached out to me in whatever way. Really means a lot.
