An update, and just answering some FAQs regarding the TSMP/QSMP :))
I've decided that I'll be covering the upcoming Pirates SMP - if you're not sure what that is, please do look it up! It looks very interesting - compared to the DSMP, it's a pretty different group of amazing MCYT creators (except Tubbo) - but I believe that it'll be very fun to cover. It won't affect the DSMP schedule of 2-3 videos a week, so don't worry about that :))
I've also seen a lot of you asking about the QSMP/TSMP and whether I'll be covering that - and the honest answer is that I won't be.
For the QSMP, it's more than amazing, but the problem is that a significant chunk of it is in Spanish, a language which i don't understand - and to be able to properly edit them, I'd have to be able to understand exactly what was going on, down to the nuances. And of course, with the amount of streams and lore that's already been happening, starting to cover it now just wouldn't be the smartest, haha.
In terms of the TSMP, there's a couple of reasons why I haven't covered it - firstly, the TSMP started with Tommy recording offstream and making videos off of that on his own channel (which is of course, completely fine!) - but just from an editing perspective, I'm not able to get any of that footage, so there would be massive gaps in the beginning. Out of respect for Tommy's content, I'm not willing to take Tommy's already edited video and somehow take chunks out of that for my own series. And secondly, there's only a few creators on the TSMP, which does make following it a lot easier for people even if they were to watch the streams.
The main reason why I've decided to cover the Pirates SMP is due to the sheer amount of creators who are going to be on the server - I think that I'd be able to genuinely provide value by cutting all the streams down to a multi POV experience so all of you can enjoy it without having to spend hours watching through vods - the same reason why I started the DSMP series in the first place. And of course, I love the concept of the factions!
Essentially, I think I'd only be comfortable putting out content which I've significantly transformed or added value to in some way, again out of respect for all the creators who've contributed so much of their own content to the MCYT community, if that makes sense.

So… I have risen from my long hibernation of completely drowning in academic work, and I’m so, so sorry for just disappearing once again. It got so, so overwhelming, and I just turned to avoidance to deal with things 😞
Thank you to all that have sent their best wishes and concerns, and I’m honestly so grateful for all of you - I don’t deserve to have this amazing of a community ❤️
As all of you may know, Dream SMP 2 isn’t continuing - however, I’m still determined to finish covering the first world in its entirety (although clearly, it’s taking quite a long time!)
So with that being said, episodes will resume this Friday (approx 2-3 a week) and hopefully we’ll power through till the end, however long it’ll take!

Hi everyone :)) A couple of things, especially for anyone new-ish!
Firstly! The upload schedule from now on will be **WEDS/FRI/SAT at 9pm GMT/1pm PST.** (Sorry to anyone who's been very confused by my sudden spam of videos lately; just thought i'd go for it since it's xmas break haha. I'm all good, dw!)
