In 2020, my wife was hospitalized, and over the course of a year after she was discharged, our family have been searching for something called "a meal that suits our body." Among them, I met "Gluten Free".
At first, my family, who loveed flour-based bread, pancakes, and noodles every, was quite confused about starting a gluten-free life.
However, by using alternative flours such as oatmeal and rice flour, it has become possible to gradually create gluten-free recipes that are not inferior to existing wheat flour recipes.
There are days when recipes are a series of failures that can be daunting, but when I succeed, I am deeply moved and accomplished.
There are quite a few people in the world who refrain from wheat products, including my wife, for some reason, and I hope that this channel can contribute as much as possible in terms of sharing information with such people.
