A lot of you are feeling really awful right now. It's ok to feel whatever you need to feel. But in case you need the reminder, please also drink water, find a way to move your body, take some deep breaths, and eat something. You cannot change the results of this by making yourself ill. We need you here.

Friends, you all probably already know @caelanconrad, but if you've missed this video stop what you're doing and watch. It goes over Palestine, Political Discourse, sanism, and the atrocious ways we treat female celebrities who dare question hegemony. Caelan makes every video funny, including this one, but here their sharp analysis really shines. The yt algorithm isn't doing it the justice it deserves due to it's "controversial" subject matter, so if you're seeing this message first comment here (so that people see this post) and then go watch/like/comment on Caelan's video. I promise you'll be glad you did. - Sarah.

If you follow either of us on other platforms, you'll know that @JoseMariaLuna is one of our favourite creators. Sarah here, and I'm very much not a Disney kid, but I do care about urbanism and how urban design impacts our lives. So it felt like this video was made for me. José delves into interconnected histories that begin to feel almost conspiratorial, but with the sort of flair (and citations!) that will keep you glued to the screen. At only 5,300 views it looks like the algorithm is murdering this video. So take this as a personal recommendation: it's one of the best videos going around on the platform right now. As always, if you want to help give this post eyeballs, please give it a like or comment so that people see it, and then go watch José's masterpiece.

There are some video essays that become "the" video essay on a topic, and this is one of them. @Ember_Green always makes top notch content, and Neil and I have made no secret that her channel is one of our favourites. But this video.... Ember explores various complicated histories all to pull away a curtain from what seem like harmless internet conversations but have deeply sinister implications. It's exceptional, and it should be mandatory watching for autistic and allistic people alike. Leave a comment here so that people notice this post, and then go watch it right away. I promise, you won't look at things the same way after.

If you caught our last video, you might have noticed some of the insightful thoughts that came from @chriswaves. We just watched his newest video and thought that you all should see it too. It's both a shrewd analysis of the attention economy and a practical guide for how to wrest back some sanity from online spaces. Chris is going to be a huge creator, here's a chance to be one of the people who see him first.

Hi Friends! Sarah here, we're once again hearing that our latest video isn't showing up in everyone's subscription feed, so we thought we'd try to get it to you this way. It's honestly one of the videos we're most proud of making, and most poured ourselves into, and I'm hopeful that shows in the work. If you haven't seen it, here's a little note to let you know its there. And if you have, can you let us know if it showed up in your subscriptions? In any event, thank you for watching. It's truly such an honor to make art that people appreciate.

Here's a still from the shoot this week. There are more of them available over on our Patreon if that's your kind of thing. Mostly we're just excited to be under way on a certified Leftist Cooks bigboi video essay.

Hi friends, Sarah here. Neil and I have finally finished the script for our next video, and I'm so excited for you to all see it once it's filmed and edited. But in the meantime, we'd love for you to look at this video by @rohanxdavis. I put this on this morning and was absolutely rivited -- it went over a lot of history and activism that I was completely ignorant of. I'd love if more people checked out Rohan's channel and engaged with his work, he's deeply talented, and this video deserves a lot more than 5.3k views.
Give it a watch and leave a comment on the video -- but if you could, please first give some sort of engagement to this post before following the link, just so more of our subscribers see it.

It's Pride again, and one of our favourite YouTubers has made a video about one of the mothers of the movement. Marsha P. Johnson's legacy has been under attack from a few not-so-savoury transphobes as of late, so @caelanconrad has done what they do best: investigate. This video has Marsha speaking about her own identity in her own words and should probably be mandatory viewing for any queer person this June. Follow the link to check it out. - S.
