Hello everyone,
I have been thinking over the last month about Cloctor Creations and this channel in general. I am going to cut right to it and say that I have decided to stop making videos for now.
A lot of work and effort goes into the videos I make. First off I run a business along side the channel, so my week is usually busy with work but 3/5 of the days I spend making videos. 1 of those days I usually spend editing.
As of late, my videos have just not been doing well. I originally started Cloctor Creations as a bit of fun. I started with drawings, and then as I learned to sew I started making sewing videos and tutorials to help others- as I couldn't find all too much help online. I really enjoyed making these at first- but right now, I no longer enjoy making these videos. I put a lot of pressure on myself to make each tutorial better, more understandable and something people would want. And I realized this wasn't what I wanted a little while ago.
So I decided to do more on the channel asides from tutorials. I experimented with a video about my pins, journalling and a real time sketch with me, but sadly, despite all the effort I would put in, they were not really seen. I always knew my drawings never really did well on here, but I still enjoyed making them and a few people would like seeing them! However my most recent video- whilst it didn't take much time to edit, the drawing itself took a LOT of effort. It had 25 views in 24 hours. I was absolutely heartbroken at this, as I thought either my 11k subs didn't see my video because of the algorithm, or they just weren't interested in it/my drawing content. That's totally fine and I understand, but this also helped me realize that maybe this isn't worth my time anymore, or me beating myself up over it.
Often I get requests for plushies and for tutorials, and it can be exhausting. It can also be quite hurtful sometimes when I put a lot of effort into something different. However even my making of plushie videos do not do so well. But I know my most popular videos are tutorials, and I just don't want that pressure of having to make nothing but those.
I want to focus more on Cloctor Creations as a business- where I make drawings for merchandise instead. I do love making plushies, but I feel like they've become a chore now. I want to get back my love for plushie making by stopping making videos and making them for myself, friends and commissions instead.
I will not be deleting this channel, all my videos will remain up for you to use to help you with plushies! I will also still be around to ask for help etc. I may return to this channel for fun again one day because I loved making videos, and would love to get back the feeling of wanting to make them instead of having to!
For now- I have moved to tiktok. I have been on tiktok for a week and it is another part of the reason I have decided to hold back on youtube. Tiktok I find really fun to make videos as they're short and the transitions are cool to me! Being on there has kind of re kindled my love for video making without the pressure of people watching or liking the content! I have only posted drawing content on there for now and that is what I will be focusing on, but I will be continuing to make plushies-and I will be posting plushie stuff on tiktok when I can. I still have a couple of videos that I have recorded/ said I would record. I shall be doing these and then a video explaining how I feel in a bit more detail. But these won't be posted weekly as I am focusing on my kickstarter at the moment and may not post them for a while yet. After those I will be no longer posting.
I am really sorry to those who enjoy my content. To the notification squad, regular watchers and to those who have supported me right from the beginning. I appreciate you all and thank you for supporting me throughout. I am truly greatful I got to 10k subs as I never thought I would. I just feel like I cannot provide the content most of you want anymore as I have no passion for making tutorials anymore.

Hey everyone! For this weeks video I'm going to be doing a video as part of a series I came up with a little while ago called "Whats Cloctor up to!?"
It'll be me sketching, drawing or colouring fanart based on something I'm nterested in or up to at the moment, for example what game I'm playing or what anime I'm watching.
I want to make this more of a casual video, so it won't be a speed drawing and be more real time or only sped up slightly!
So I also want to engage with the community a bit more through these videos! So feel free to ask me any questions here if you want to know anything about me :) feel free to post about your favourite games and animes too, let me know what you like and would recommend me to try! :)
I'm currently into Stardew Valley and Hunter x Hunter, so its likely going to be based around one of those or both! So let me know you're opinions on these things too and let's have a chat😊

Hello everyone!
Sorry I have been inactive. To be honest I lost all motivation and passion for this channel and making videos. I got burnt out with tutorials in general as they are difficult to put together, and for the effort they take it wasnt worth it to me in this time.
The algorithm doesn't like me very much either haha. But I get comments asking me for more tutorials which is tiring when I do post other videos and I get a lot of these comments. I'm just super slow with uploading new ones because I do many projects at once.
Over lockdown my mental health hasn't been the best and I've been trying to do other thing to distract me instead of forcing myself to make videos, I dont want to upload shitty videos just cus I feel like I should.
I do want to get that love and passion back for this channel! I want to upload more art and drawing stuff too but I am scared its not something you guys would like? But I draw a lot more than I sew.
I dont have much confidence and worry that people only care about my tutorials, but I want to do more than that on this channel??
Anyways, I am writing this to let you know if you keep up to date with me, that I am not gone forever haha! I am editing a video at the moment, but I cannot say when tutorials will be back. I would love to do more crafty things here, that perhaps relate to pin making or fashion stuff, even some more drawing videos. Not just speed drawings but sketchy things too.
I do have a stack of videos waiting to be edited, they are there, its just finding to motivation to edit them. Idk when I'll get the drive back for tutorials, but at least I still have the drive to sew plushies for now♡

Hi! I'm Chlo/Coco, or Cloctor if you like. Welcome to my channel!
I started my channel a long time ago making plushie tutorial videos. My channel currently mainly focuses on sewing plushies! My tutorial content won't be returning going forward but I am considering returning to this channel to showcase my latest plushie work!
After discovering I have ADHD I realised why I burnt out with my channel a while ago. Knowing now what I can do to help, I am ready to start showing everyone my plushies again ♡
