Hello everyone and welcome to my channel! My name is Kara and I am the founder of Exchange Your Life, where I help motivated and passionate individuals from around the world change their lives for the better by harnessing the power of international exchange.
This channel is for students and professionals that are interested in learning about and participating in professional and educational exchange programs in the United States. Specifically, I talk all about the J-1 Visa, also known as the J-1 Exchange Visitor Program.
Over the past decade I have worked with 3 different J-1 Sponsor organizations, providing thousands of advising sessions to people participating in different J-1 visa programs. I also have a degree in Global Studies & International Relations with a focus on Global Student Mobility. I absolutely love what I do and can’t wait to share my knowledge with you.
