Parallelle are a duo of
DJs, producers, composers and field recorders from the south of France, currently
based in Amsterdam. They offer a groovy, dynamic and powerful experience through sound which combines
instruments, voices, recorded samples and electronic
waves. Curiosity translated into music!
Their latest endeavour 'A DAY IN' is a unique and exciting project with emphasis
on the cultural aspect of music creation. The concept
behind the ‘A DAY IN' series is to create electronic music
with cultural sounds from different countries to highlight
ancient musical culture around the world. The goal is to
preserve ancient learnings and cultural heritage for the
future, and shed light on different cultures, communities,
ethnicities, instruments and rhythms.
