After 39 years of Service to ES, the first person I ever hired on Software Inc. Has retired. Weldon Harris was my elected "Co-Founder" being the second person to help design, program, and market products in-game. Over the last few days since my previous video about Project Management, I have been exploring employee retention, to find a happy medium to keep employees hopefully for as long as I did Weldon. Weldon was 67 years old at the time of his retirement.

I have some upcoming content, including my return to the play-through side of gaming. I also received a request for Project Management on my Software Inc Series. I have great news... I no longer travel for my job anymore, I moved into an Operational Supervision role. Anyway, I posted a poll nine days ago and to my surprise One person would like to see a more consistent upload, that is great, certainly better than no one looking at my polls. What is slowing my upload speed down now? Satisfactory.. Why? I have SEVERAL projects on-going currently with one nearing completion. I am a full-time gamer playing mostly management, micro-management, and factory building games. I also play a few action packed games like Battlefield 2042, Helldivers II, and Overwatch 2. I schedule streams across various games during all times of the day for whenever I am available. Here is the current list of games that you can catch on my channel during 2023/2024.
